FitnessE describes more than 300 exercises, with comments and very precise anatomical illustrations based on empirical knowledge and scientific research. It includes all the basic exercises and variants, many of which are lesser known and even very unusual. Nevertheless, even though it is a true encyclopedia of exercises and biomechanical information, we have tried to use easily comprehensive language throughout.

FitnessE is intended as a reference tool both for the beginner and the advanced athlete, for the enthusiast or the fitness professional, whatever the user level.

FitnessE is an amazing tool in your pocket! Not only will you get the whys and hows of your muscle strength training, but also each main exercise and its variants are shown in a very precise anatomical drawing so you can see the exact muscle you are using in each exercise.
With FitnessE and your Smartphone youll be able to upload your gym workout directly onto your computer.

For each main exercise, you will get high-resolution anatomical drawings of involved muscles. You will also see exactly which muscle you are working out and how it inserts other muscles surrounding it. This means that with FitnessE you know precisely what you do.

There are over 300 exercises such as free weight or machine exercises, where you can really measure what you are doing. Moreover, no unreliable bands or bigballs are associated with this. With FitnessE, you know exactly what you do. Good to know isn´t it?

FitnessE provides expert scientific information (as an encyclopedia) as it has over 330 pages in printed form. Before becoming an app, it was a book that was translated to many languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and German where you can find the scientific explanation and know-hows of fitness and weight lifting.

You will also find answers to the following questions:
•How to move, how to train, and errors to avoid?
•Clothing
•Breathing
•How long shall I rest between sets and exercises?
•How many reps shall I do?
•The key to success: Intensity and overcompensation
•Why do muscles grow?
•Weight-loss training
•Lactic acid
•Tips, help, and advice to overcome plateaus
